以下每环节约1小时。

1）          双语天文课1

题目：黑暗中的光点——恒星不可思议的一生

Lights in the Dark: The incredible Life of a Star

主讲：Bhavana 博士（英语），刘念平 博士（汉语）

摘要：

Step inside the universe's most majestic and violent birthplaces with this immersive masterclass designed for young explorers. This session breaks down the fundamentals of astrophysics—from light-years and plasma to cosmic dust and gas clouds—before diving into the life cycle of a star. Participants will explore how gravity wins its epic tug-of-war against hot gas, driving the dramatic collapse of stellar nurseries into blazing protostars. Through engaging play-based physics analogies, a kinetic "Human Gravity" simulation, and jaw-dropping visuals of the universe's coolest nebulae (such as the Pillars of Creation and the Orion Nebula), students will discover the mechanics of nuclear fusion ignition. The journey concludes with an inspiring synthesis of our cosmic origins—revealing how every atom in our bones and DNA connects us directly to ancient stardust—and leaves participants hooked with a teaser on the explosive mystery of star death.

本讲座带领少年听众们步入宇宙中最壮丽也最暴烈的星体诞生地。从光年、等离子体、宇宙尘埃与气云这些天体物理学的根基讲起，继而深入恒星的生命轮回。学员将了解引力如何在与炽热气体的旷日拉锯中胜出，驱动恒星育婴室轰然坍缩，化为熊熊燃烧的原恒星。通过寓教于乐的物理类比、动感十足的“人体引力”模拟，以及创生之柱、猎户座星云等宇宙奇景的震撼影像，核聚变点火的奥秘将豁然开朗。旅程终了，我们回望自身——骨骼与DNA中的每一粒原子，皆与亘古星尘一脉相承——并以恒星死亡那场爆炸谜题收束全篇，令人意犹未尽。

2）          双语天文课2

题目：太阳的隐秘世界——光、热与粒子

The Sun's Hidden World: Light, Heat, and Particles

主讲：Mehdi 博士（英语），徐景晨 博士（汉语）

摘要：

Our Sun is far more than the bright disk we see in the sky—it is a dynamic, living star with hidden layers, invisible forces, and violent outbursts that shape our entire solar system. In this talk, we journey from the Sun's fusion-powered core, where light takes millennia to escape, through its tangled magnetic fields and superheated corona, all the way to Earth. Along the way, we explore how solar wind, flares, and coronal mass ejections create spectacular auroras, disrupt satellites, and pose challenges for astronauts. By unveiling the Sun's hidden world, we reveal the deep connection between our star and life on Earth.

太阳，远非天幕上那轮耀眼的光盘——它是一颗活着的恒星，灵动而暴烈，以隐秘的层理、无形的力量与剧烈的喷发，塑尽整个太阳系。让我们从太阳的核心启程——那里，光需千载方能挣脱核聚变的牢笼；穿越缠绕的磁场，掠过极炽的日冕，直至抵临地球。太阳风、耀斑、日冕物质抛射——它们极光绚烂，亦扰卫星、危宇航。揭开这颗恒星的隐秘世界，我们终将看清：太阳与地球生命之间，牵绊何其深远。

3）          园区参观项目

共约1小时，含：40厘米天文望远镜、射电望远镜参观、球幕电影、太阳光球/色球望远镜观测体验。全程由工作人员带领，参观顺序可根据实际情况进行调整，观测体验项目视天气情况择机进行，若遇强降雨不开展室外项目。

收费标准：

成人：150元/人；未成年人：100元/人；亲子票：220元一大一小。

缴费方式：

    2026年07月30日（周四）18:00开始。可扫描文末支付宝小程序码进行预约并缴费，成人/未成年人票仅供一人使用，亲子票供一大一小使用。

集合时间：

购票成功后，请于预约日期08:45在云南天文台停车场集合。

自驾指引：

导航至中国科学院云南天文台食堂，进大门后沿主路爬坡800米，左转进入停车场停车，步行至活动现场。所有访客车辆应有序停放在主停车场，不得停放在科普基地和办公区域。 

提示：

[1] 费用不含餐食。食堂销售快餐，25元/份。

[2] 购票即表示同意《承诺书》（文末附件）。

[3] 没能为全部来访人员买到票的家庭，可以凭至少一张票，在活动签到现场零星补票，向对公账户付款。

[4] 本次活动在白天进行，无夜天体观测体验项目。

[5] 天气多变，请自备雨具。

[6] 请遵守天文台有关参观、消防等方面的相关规定，并服从现场引导。
